| Frequent
asked questions about Ultimate Cleanse and listed ingredients
Q: At what time of day do I take the
Ultimate Cleanse, with food, or on an empty
stomach?
A:
The best time to take the Ultimate Cleanse is
approximately a half-hour before, or 2 hours after breakfast, and a half-hour
before, or two hours after dinner.
Q: Can I take
other supplements or medication with the Ultimate
Cleanse?
A: It
is best to take other supplements at least an
hour away from the cleanse, and medications
at least two hours away from the cleanse. This
allows each substance to absorb into the body
without any interference.
Q: Can I take
the Ultimate Cleanse for the rest of my life?
A: The
Ultimate Cleanse was not designed to be used
forever. It was designed to help get your body
back to properly functioning on its own. SEE
NEXT QUESTION BELOW FOR MORE DETAIL.
Q: How long
should I take the Ultimate Cleanse? How do I
know when I'm done with the Cleanse?
A: Cleansing
Blend with Herbs
and Cleansing Blend with Fibers were designed to be taken together
in the morning and evening as a complete internal
cleanser. The key objective of an internal cleanse
is to support your body's natural ability to
have 2-3 bowel movements a day, and to release
accumulated toxins in the body.
How to Begin:
Take 1 tablet of the Cleansing Blend
with Herbs and
1 tablet of the Cleansing Blend with Fibers in the morning and
in the evening on an empty stomach ( 30 minutes
before meals or at least 2 hours after meals
).
How to Adjust:
Increase intake of both products by 1
tablet every other day ( but not skipping a
day of the product ), until you achieve 2-3
good bowel movements per day. Once you achieve
2-3 good bowel movements per day, maintain that
dosage. Do not exceed 6 tablets of each product
twice a day. If you experience a loose or watery
stool, decrease your intake of the product.
Be sure to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day,
or half of your body weight in ounces.
How to Finish:
Your body will tell you when you have almost
finished your initial cleanse. When you begin
to see signs of an overly soft or persistently
loose stool, decrease the dosage of each product
by 1 tablet in the morning and in the evening.
Then maintain that dosage until your stool softens
again, then decrease again to the next lower
dosage. Continue to decrease the tablet intake
as you see signs of a persistently loose stool
until you back down off of the product. This
process could take anywhere from a few weeks
to 3-6 months ( each individual is different
). You can use the Ultimate Cleanse for up to
6 months at a time if needed, but it's intended
to only be used for as long as your body needs
it. We recommend that you take a 2-3 month break
from the product if used for up to six months
at a time. You may repeat the Ultimate Cleanse
once or twice a year.
How to Maintain:
Even after you have stopped taking the Ultimate
Cleanse, it is important that you continue having
2-3 bowel movements per day if possible. The
Ultimate Fiber and the Ultimate Oil will provide
bulk and lubrication to the colon and can be
used year round as a maintenance program to
keep the bowel clean and functioning efficiently.
Q: I'm taking
the maximum recommended Ultimate Cleanse dosage
and I'm still not achieving 2-3 bowel movements
per day, what should I do?
A: Some
people have very stubborn or sluggish colons
and need a stronger bowel cleanser. The Ultimate
Cleanse does cleanse the bowel but the Super
Cleanse has a stronger ratio of bowel cleansing
herbs. Both products can be used together to
provide a total body cleanse and a powerful
bowel cleanse. You can also add the Ultimate
Oil to your diet, since the Ultimate Oil helps
to lubricate the intestinal tract. If the bowel
still does not move with the Super Cleanse,
you should consult a health care provider. If
you are having no bowel movements at all, discontinue
the cleanse and consult your health care provider
immediately.
Q: I'm a pregnant
or nursing mother, why can't I use the Ultimate
Cleanse? What Nature's Secret products can I
use?
A: The
Ultimate Cleanse can pull accumulated toxins
out of various organs in the body and those
toxins may be potentially hazardous if passed
along to the baby. Also the mother's body is
busy developing the child or the milk, and it's
best to reserve the bodies' energy for that
development. A pregnant or nursing mother can
use any of our nutrient products, but it's always
important to consult your physician when introducing
new items to your diet during pregnancy. The
important thing to remember is that pregnancy
and lactation are building processes, and cleansing
is a detoxification process.
Q: How soon
can I start the Ultimate Cleanse after surgery?
A: We
recommend waiting four to six weeks after surgery
because it's best to allow the body to reserve
its energy for healing after surgery. As always,
we recommend consulting with your physician
before beginning a cleanse.
Q: Is the
Ultimate Cleanse suitable if I have Diabetes,
High Blood Pressure, Thyroid or any serious
health concerns?
A: We
recommend that if you have any serious health
issues, to consult your health care provider
before using any cleansing products. Even though
some individuals with these health concerns
may benefit from internal cleansing, we still
recommend that you consult a health care provider.
Q: Is the
Ultimate Cleanse suitable for children?
A: Ultimate
Cleanse and the Super Cleanse are not suggested
for children under the age of 12. These products
were designed for adults. The child might benefit
from the Ultimate Oil, which can provide lubrication
to the bowel. It is important to consult your
health care provider before administering any
supplements to children.
Q: Does the
Ultimate Cleanse make you lose weight?
A: The
Ultimate Cleanse is a cleansing product, not
a diet product, however people have lost weight
during their cleanse. Many people have an excessive
amount of fecal matter in their intestines.
Ultimate Cleanse will help to cleanse the fecal
matter out of your body. Cleansing is the first
step in a good weight control program. Cleansing
can help improve the assimilation of nutrients,
which can help control the appetite. Cleansing
the organs can also improve their performance,
increasing your metabolism.
Q: What should
I expect from a detoxification program such
as the Ultimate Cleanse?
A: Some
individuals experience mild flu like symptoms
such as sneezing, runny nose, headaches, etc.
during the first phase of the cleansing process.
This generally lasts anywhere from 2-5 days.
Some of the positive effects after the Ultimate
Cleanse may include feeling lighter, better,
and more energetic. You may also notice enhanced
digestion, better elimination, healthier hair,
skin, and nails, brighter eyes, increased mental
clarity, heightened enthusiasm, vitality, and
much more.
Q: Do I have
to change my diet?
A: We
recommend a high fiber low fat diet which includes
fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Try to
consume easier to digest proteins such as fish,
chicken, or turkey instead of a large amounts
of red meat products. When snacking, try to
eat more fruits and vegetables instead of cakes,
cookies, and pies. Drink 8-10 glasses of water
per day, or half of your body weight in ounces.
This is a must because it helps to eliminate
toxins quicker, and is essential for over all
good health.
You don't have
to change your whole lifestyle drastically to
reap benefits from the cleanse, but being more
health conscious with food and exercise will
give you better results. So remember, do the
best you can on the diet, but have reasonable
goals, no one is perfect.
* Do not eat
fruits if you have Candida Albicans issues.
Q: Is the
Ultimate Cleanse effective in eliminating legal
and illegal drugs from the body?
A: The
Ultimate Cleanse is designed to release and
eliminate toxins from the body. Over a period
of time a cleanse could be beneficial for releasing
these types of substances. The average cleansing
time could be anywhere from 3-6 months depending
on the level of toxicity and the individual.
* However, this
product is not recommended for this type of
usage.
