Started with the gh3 for three months than switched to ultimate 9 cardio for the next 3 months and the results are amazing. In the last 6months I will list the things that has changed in my life . (1) feel much healthier than I have felt in the past years. (2) I had cuts & sores that would get infected & would take a long time to heal, now they heal like when I was much younger and don't get infected. (3) toe nail fungus cleared up . (4) I would have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, now I sleep better and don't have to go till I get up.(5) I would have to favor one knee when climbing latter's and kneeling , now I have no problem to use my problem knee .
