While the large
organs of the body all have blood supplied from large
arteries, a great deal of your body, particularly the
parts near the skin, get their ONLY supply of blood
(therefore also of oxygen and nutrients) from these
small capillaries.
The niacin causes
these small capilaries to expand - so they might be
able to carry 2 or 3 blood cells at the same time. This
is a tremendous increase in blood flow. You experience
this as a "flushing" of the skin, simply because
there is more blood close to the surface of the body.
As the blood flows in these areas, the cells of the
small capilaries will also be getting rid of their waste
products, and often they produce 'histamine' as part
of this process. That histamine is another natural substance
produced by every cell in the body when a cell is under
attack, or is eliminating toxins. Histamine causes an
'itchy' feeling.
Normally it takes
about 60 mgs of niacin to get a possible flush. However,
since niacin is 1 of 8 compounds of the formula, it
rides piggy-back into the cells with the other compounded
ingredients, making the 16mgs of nician seem as strong
as 60 mgs. Which is acutally a great testimonial
to the formula's ability to better transport nutients
into the healthy and damaged cells. Niacin
improves circulation and reduces the cholesterol level
in the blood; maintains the nervous system; helps metabolize
protein, sugar & fat; reduces high blood pressure;
increases energy through proper utilization of food;

The Body
Cell Cleansing Period: While *most* people
starting out on Ultimate 9 may experience a more mental
alertness, energy, and sense of well being, *few*
may experience what is known as a body cell cleanse
/ detoxification process (kind of like scraping dry
glue from a wall, it can bring back the fumes temporarily,
but goes away once its all removed), which can last
24 to 48 hours.
Body Cell Cleanse
Symptoms can be a slight headache, sluggish,
flu, or foggy feeling. Do not be alarmed this
is normal and is a sign that Ultimate9 is working

Each dose works six to eight hours cleansing, repairing,
and feeding the cells. With a large glass of water
take 1 or 2 capsule once or twice daily 6-8 hours apart,
1 hour before or 2 hours after eating, preventing the foods from

first week to "load up", then tapering off

250 lbs or more may want to take up to 2 or 3 capsules

I gotta tell
you guys.....after using Ultimate9 over the course of several months last
year, I saw the most incredible workout results I have ever gotten.
