IGF-1 and HGH Directions For Healthy Men & Women Without Significant Hormonal Imbalances First 3 Months 1 tablet three times daily: after rising, between 3 - 5PM and after dinner. During months two and three, take hGH five days on and two days off. After 3 months of use, take 1 month off and then repeat three-month pattern as before.
